As the creator who got a few less than professional comments, it has been refreshing to engage with Wayne (we've not spoken before). His excellent analogy of the business football field and how we all interact with each other demonstrates that such a vast and varied playing field such as LinkedIn still teaches us that as human beings we can demonstrate the finer elements of compassion and nurturing without any physical barriers and truly help each other achieve the goals we're aiming at.

His modesty covers the fact that his answers and other contribution in our other communications were pretty damn good. I must say in defense of LinkedIn and its other contributors there have been some excellent stuff given willingly too.

In summary I agree with Wayne's observation and if you feel you can't say something worthwhile, keep out!
