		<description>I am going to take your advice in suggestion 1 to comment on your 10th suggestion - be yourself. I liked your communication style - very open and honest - and I liked your suggestions here.

What I would like to add to is your last point about being yourself. I just wrote about the point that there is a lot of discussion and good points being made about communicating our personal brands consistently and using social media to do so effectively, but what is missing is a discussion on what is the authentic self and how do we get in touch with our authentic selves.

I agree with all those people talking about personal branding that we each have unique qualities and yet most discussions on personal branding do not speak to the important step involving the process of self discovery and focus mostly on self presentation.
